Shipping Policy

Halden Home ships to addresses within the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Estimates

       Standard items: 7–15 business days, depending on the item and destination.

       Larger furniture items may require additional handling and delivery time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly indicated.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, contact us at support@haldenhome.com.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you spot an error, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to correct it before shipment.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors or your building first, then contact us within 48 hours at support@haldenhome.com so we can file a claim with the carrier. Claims filed more than 30 days after the delivery date may not be eligible.
