Refund & Return Policy

At Halden Home, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

30-Day Return Window

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

1.     Email us at support@haldenhome.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

2.     Include photos or a short video if the item is damaged or defective.

3.     Wait for return authorization and the return address. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

4.     Ship the item back in its original packaging and share the tracking number with us.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it cannot be canceled, but you may return it under this policy. Custom or made-to-order items canceled before shipping may incur a processing fee, as they cannot be resold.

Return Shipping Costs

If the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or we shipped the wrong item, we cover return shipping. In all other cases, you are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. For items over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service, as we can't guarantee we'll receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm approval or rejection. Approved refunds are applied automatically to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply to items with obvious signs of use, items not in their original condition, or items returned after the 30-day window.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and your bank, as processing time varies. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@haldenhome.com.

Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale and clearance items are final. The following are also non-returnable: gift cards, personalized or custom items, and items that have already been assembled.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photo or video evidence. We'll arrange a replacement or refund. For items lost in transit, we'll reship if the product is in stock, or issue a refund if it isn't.
